Academic & Social Membership

MEMBERSHIP

We offer two types of membership, social and academic. Our academic membership is designed for those who want to participate in all aspects of Navigators - support, social, and classes.  Their involvement includes participating in weekly classes (10-12 weeks/semester) in addition to the social participation. Social membership is for those who do not wish to attend weekly classes, but want to particapte in social events such as field trips, dances, ect.  

Participant Requirements:

• Fees:
  • Membership fee of $45 per family per Semester for Social (Events only)
  • Membership fee of $45 per family per semester for Academic (Events & Classes) and a facility fee of $30 per campus that you choose to attend for classes. (Some of our campuses have classes on Monday and some on Friday, so you may attend more than one campusif room is available.)
  • Class fees to be determined by each teacher, per semester.
• Cooperative Day
  • Meet on Monday or Friday from approximately 9:00am to 1:00pm. 
  • Serve as a teacher and/or aide, and/or other support role. You will also have at least one period free when possible.
  • Be fully committed to attending all classes for the full semester (10-12 active weeks). Dates will be posted on the main page per semester.

* You should arrive 10 minutes early to be ready in class. While classes end at 1:00, if you are on clean up crew you could possibly be there up to 1:45pm.
